I visited Truckomat of Indianapolis today and purchased the $59.99 truck wash. Overall, the experience was mixed. One of the employees did an excellent job and clearly took pride in his work. He was thorough, paid attention to detail, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my truck was as clean as possible. His effort did not go unnoticed and is the main reason I'm giving this review. Unfortunately, the other employee appeared uninterested and put in very little effort. While one person was working hard to deliver a quality wash, the other seemed disengaged and didn't show the same level of care or professionalism. For nearly $60, customers expect consistent service from the entire team. I appreciate the hard work of the employee who went above and beyond, but management may want to address the inconsistency in effort between staff members. Hopefully this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Truck wash was average, but the service was careless. While I was pulling in, he sprayed water directly on my windshield, completely blocking my view, which caused me to damage my mudflap. Then he tried to blame me for it. When I explained I couldn’t see because of what he did, his response was that he works alone and does whatever is easier for him. That’s not an excuse for unsafe behavior. I paid $60 for the wash and now I’m out another $150 for damage he caused. Won’t be coming back.

This has always been my truck wash of choice. They have always left my truck spotless! I stopped in recently on a week day around 1PM it was lined out to the street when I arrived, but I was in and out in no time. I was happy to see that they have hired more people who can pay great attention to detail. Great wash at a great price!! A huge shoutout to Robert,Cody,Angel and the two other guys!

This is the second visit I've made since the new administration. And I'm really fascinated by the work the guys do, especially the manager. Robert And the Puerto Rican boy named Angel, who is very accommodating and tries to assist the customer. I am satisfied with the service I have received here.

At first, I had a negative experience and was not satisfied with the work. However, the business reached out to me to address the situation, and after speaking directly with the manager, Robert, everything completely changed. Robert was very professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about fixing the issue. I brought my semitruck back, and this time the service was excellent—great wash, good attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. I really appreciate when a business takes responsibility and makes things right. I’m giving them another chance and would definitely recommend them for their commitment and quality service.
